Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of PocketCounter, offered by Resolve Programming LTDA, CNPJ 47.240.722/0001-87, with its registered office at QR 201, Conjunto F, Lote 16, Santa Maria, Brasília, DF, CEP 72501-406, Brazil. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. The service

PocketCounter is a personal finance organization tool for Android, iPhone and Web. It records and categorizes transactions from notifications, text you type and statement files. PocketCounter is not a bank, does not move money and does not access your bank account.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• The information you provide must be truthful.

3. Automatic categorization and the assistant

The identification of amounts, merchants and categories, as well as the assistant's answers, is done automatically and may contain errors. Check the information before making decisions. PocketCounter does not provide financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.

4. Privacy and permitted use

The processing of your personal data follows the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Permitted use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other people's data, not to overload or interfere with our systems, and not to copy or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

5. Plans and payments

The conditions of paid plans, if any, will be presented before purchase, including price, renewal and cancellation. Purchases made through the app stores are also subject to Google Play and App Store rules.

6. Intellectual property

PocketCounter, its brand, code and design belong to Resolve Programming LTDA. The data you enter remains yours.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may undergo maintenance or interruptions. We may change or discontinue features, giving advance notice when the change is relevant.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information in the app, nor for failures caused by third parties such as banks, carriers or app stores. Nothing in these terms sets aside the rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app or from the Delete account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue elected is that of the consumer's domicile or, failing that, Brasília, DF.
